We hope you’re delighted with your purchase! However, if you wish to return an item, please send the item(s) back to us with tags attached, and in original (undamaged) condition within 14 days of arrival. Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) back to us, it can take an additional 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s), we will process the return within 7 business days. School uniforms may not be returned. Vtude reserves the right to refuse returns of damaged items.

 

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based on your original payment method.  If you have placed your order with a credit card, please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you have placed your order with a debit card, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your bank statement. The number of days is determined by the financial institution.

For returns, email shopvtude.com for a return label. Include the original invoice with the return. If you do not have the original invoice, include your name, address, email address, phone number and order number in the return packaging. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
